Eye to eye
This male Killer whale popped up just in front of my boat. This behavior is called spyhopping. Many dolphins and whales use spyhopping when they want to take a closer look at the world above surface. It's not often you get so close to these animals where you can see the eye. I think the white eye patch of this animal have a funny shape too. It reminds me about Mr. Burns in the cartoon "The Simpsons".
